In my second year at Webster University I took a leap of faith: changing my major. Intimidating as it was, this decision led me to discover my of writing and pushed me out of my comfort zone to actively pursue advertising and marketing communications.

In the fall of 2019, I and other talented students participated in the
Chevy College Marketing Program. Over several months we created a campaign that effectively addressed the proposal of the Chevrolet Local Marketing Association and their goals to reach prospective Millennial customers. As part of our campaign, we developed specific and tailored buyer personas to represent the large segments of the target audience. This enabled us to better differentiate the Chevy brand amongst consumers and capture the interest of potential lifelong customers.

Winning first place amongst the competing university teams, this project ultimately established my path in my academic journey and beyond.
